We understand that protecting your personal data is important. Therefore, safeguarding your data is one of our priorities. All personal data is handled in accordance with current legal data protection requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.

DISCLAIMER

MINT does not guarantee that all products displayed on the www.mint-sports.com web shop are available in stock at the time of ordering. If an item in your order is unavailable due to incorrect stock information, we will contact you shortly by phone or email.

MINT cannot guarantee that all content on www.mint-sports.com is completely free from inaccuracies or typographical errors, nor can we ensure that all information is always up to date. The company reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time. Although MINT strives to display accurate text, images, and pricing, errors may occasionally occur.

If you have been charged the wrong amount for an item purchased in the web shop, you will be given the option to place a new order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you regarding such an issue, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Some services provided through www.mint-sports.com are handled by external organizations. When MINT acts as an intermediary for these services, we cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from the actions of these external providers. MINT is also not responsible for any damages caused by using the website or by the inability to access it. SHOPPING

Shopping directly at www.mint-sports.com is designed to provide customers with a convenient service. The online store is available 24 hours a day, allowing customers to browse and purchase products at any time. The full range of products from each collection is made available on the website as soon as they arrive at MINT.

Once you receive your order, you may try the products at home. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day return period in which you can send the items back for a full refund. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded for items that are not collected by the customer.

PAYMENT METHODS

All transactions on www.mint-sports.com are processed using Stripe, a third-party secure online payment gateway that encrypts card details in a protected environment. Customers paying by card may be subject to validation checks. MINT reserves the right to delay an order if additional security verification is required. For security reasons, payment information is not stored in MINT’s database.

ORDER PROCESS AND CONFIRMATION

Orders are typically processed within two business days at MINT’s warehouse in Krško, Slovenia. Delivery usually takes between two and nine working days, depending on the destination. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

After placing an order, a preliminary confirmation email will be sent to the customer. Once the package has been shipped, a final confirmation email will be sent.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders to the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, prices include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING

We currently ship in every country in the world using UPS or GLS. We have selected the best couriers for each specific country to ensure you receive your MINT order as quickly as possible.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, overseas addresses, re-shippers or package forwarding services. Orders placed with an address that does not meet our shipping policy guidelines may be cancelled.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the location and shipping method. If you have ordered before 2PM (CET) your package will ship on the same day, otherwise we will ship it on the next business day. Delivery times are generally 2-5 business days.

All our RX prescription sunglasses will be delivered within 3-4 weeks from the date ordered. All prescription lenses are custom made to your exact vision needs and they need some time to be made.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To submit a return, please complete this Return or Exchange form first.

Customers may return items within 30 days of the order date. Returned items must be in new condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items purchased on www.mint-sports.com cannot be exchanged or refunded in physical stores.

Refunds for card purchases will be issued to the same card used for the original purchase once the returned goods have been received and inspected by MINT, which may take up to ten business days. Customers must obtain a Return or Exchange form before sending an item back, as returns without this form cannot be accepted.

MINT is not responsible for damage or loss of returned packages, and customers are advised to insure their return and keep the tracking number until the refund has been processed.

WARRANTY

All MINT products are covered by a statutory warranty under EU Directive 2019/771, providing at least two years of protection against manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications. MINT may require proof of purchase and reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

VIOLATION OF RULES

MINT reserves the right to take legal action against any violations of these Terms and Conditions. This may include blocking access to the website. Individuals who attempt to access restricted or password-protected areas of the site without authorization may be subject to legal prosecution.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, MINT’s obligations under the agreement may be suspended. The agreement between the customer and MINT may then be partially or fully terminated by either party. Force majeure events include situations such as war, civil war, revolution, riots, government actions, strikes, lockouts, blockades, failure of electricity, telephone or internet services, natural disasters, or other similar circumstances beyond the company’s control. In such situations, MINT will make every effort to resolve the issue for its customers as quickly and effectively as possible.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and conditions are governed by Slovenian law. By using this website, you agree that the Slovenian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes related to these terms and conditions. The laws in your country may differ from those in Slovenia, and there may be additional legal requirements that apply to your use of this website. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local and international laws and regulations when using the website.
