Returns and refunds

INTRODUCTION

At MINT, we always hope our customers are completely satisfied with our products. However, if for any reason they are not happy with their purchase, they may return the item(s) within 30 days of the order date in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Customers may also request an exchange for the received product(s). An item may be exchanged for the same product in a different size or color, or for another product. When submitting a return or exchange request, customers must indicate the reason for the return, such as not liking the product, the product being too small or too large, receiving the wrong item, or receiving a damaged product.

GENERAL

Before returning an item, customers must obtain a Return or Exchange form, available here. Items returned without this form cannot be accepted.

Returned items must be in new condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items purchased on our website www.mint-sports.com cannot be exchanged or refunded in physical stores.

SHIPPING

Please use the shipping method of your choice to return your package to MINT. Return shipping costs and any other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURN STEPS

1. Fill out the Return or Exchange form available here.

2. Send your package with the items you wish to return or exchange and the filled out form back to us. Our adress can be found here.

3. After we receive your package:

a) You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which may take up to 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

b) We will process your exchange and send the requested item(s) within 2–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location.

MINT is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier and obtain and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Please note: Returns need to be sent to our headquarters in Slovenia and we do not cover the cost of postage, so please keep a proof of it!

REFUNDS

Refunds for credit card purchases are returned to the same card used for the original purchase.

Refunds are processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected by MINT, which may take up to 10 business days.

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the custom nature of some of our products and each product being made-to-order from individual customer designs and visual needs, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our RX Performance sunglasses and RX lenses, except in situations covered by our warranty policy that you can find here.

Items that were discounted by 50 % or more at the time of purchase are considered final sale and are also not eligible for return.
