Warranty

INTRODUCTION

At MINT we guarantee that all our products sold through our website are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a reasonable period of time from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, customers may contact MINT to request a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and are advised to do so beforehand to avoid any unwanted shipping fees.

GENERAL

You’re covered by a statutory warranty based on the rules in the country where you bought your product. Under the Directive 2019/771 of European law, you’re entitled to at least 2 years of protection if your product has a manufacturing defect or stops working as expected during normal use.

In some countries, this protection may last longer depending on the type of product. This statutory guarantee exists alongside any commercial warranty we offer, it does not replace or limit your legal rights in any way.​

However this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect. MINT reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim and to determine the appropriate remedy.

For products bought at local retailers or e-tailers, please contact them directly when filing a warranty claim. Warranties will not apply to Final Sale, Clearance, and Open Box purchases from MINT retailers.
